New Delhi, (India), June 20: Though World Yoga Day is celebrated worldwide on the 21st of June, this time, the celebration was a week before. Thousands of young and older people across the country united to observe International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and zeal. The theme of the International Yoga Day event this year is “Yoga For Humanity” As the pandemic COVID-19 continued for 2 years, yoga helped people stay energetic and have a strong immune system.
For two years, no public event has been organized in India or the world, but Yoga’s enthusiasm has not decreased. “The ‘Yoga For Humanity’ theme for this International Yoga Day has encouraged people even more to perform yoga.”Yoga Day is celebrated every year on 21 June to raise awareness worldwide about the benefits of Yoga in daily life.
